Ive checked the prop joint and there is some play in the mount but nothing excessive, the rubber appears to be in ok condition too. I will be going back to the standard gearbox mount and will change the diff mount while its jacked up. I turned the prop and the wheels turn instntly, there does not appear to be any slack or play before the wheels turn.

Thanks for the advice chaps. lets hope the diff mount solves the problem.
