The easiest way is to set up an excel sheet and do it yourself.

The basic maths is easy.

Take the imperial size of 6/7 which means the socket is 6 sevenths of a inch. You dived 6 by seven which is: 0.857 and then multiply this by 25.4 (25.4mm makes one inch) which gives you 21.7mm
