I am 39 with two boys of six and ten both of whom have ADHD and refuse to sleep. They also go to bed at the same times every night and know that is their bed time. They may not be asleep but they know that it is not time to play and certainly not time to be playing computer games.
As for watching East Enders there ar ebetter things to be watching or doing!
