Starter problem.
Hello.
Got a problem....I think. I have a 1 year old starter motor. I have heat wrappet from down pipe and under the starter. There are also a heat shield over the starter.
When the engine is cold the car starts emmediatly. The starter runs very good. BUT, when I have been driving for couple of minutes, then turn of the engine and try to start it after some seconds it wont start because the starter doesent have the power to turn over the engine.
If I wait 10 minutes it runs again. The battery is good, 12.7 volts.
Can it be the starter that is cooked already? Just after a year?
