I can already confirm that it does go rather well!
At the moment it's running on a standard Focus MK1 RS map, just for running-in. Once i get back from Afghanistan next April I'll get Motorsport Developments to live map it for a reliable and useable 290-300BHP. On my 2.3 engine that's only the same as a 1.6 making 210 or so BHP so shouldn't be too stressed.
Headline-grabbing power figures were never the aim here, I just wanted to tread a different path and planned for the end result to be a reliable, useable (but also fast!

Yeah the ST170/6-Speed RS1800 ("The Manj") is still going strong - "frsjon" owns it now and has done lots more to it, he has replied to this thread a few posts back
