What do you mean the spelling is not a typo? As in they have deliberately spelt something wrong? I can't think of any examples off the top of my head (sure I read a Porsche or Lotus ad not long ago that was written terribly!)

It's like the basket checkout at a supermarket, '10 items or less', it should actually be 10 items or fewer, just to be pedantic
