Default Frofix Racing exhaust manifold

Hello everyone!

It's the first time I'm opening a thread in this forum, although I have been a member for a long time. I own a sapphire cosworth and I can say that here in Greece are a rare sight...

At the moment it runs a T34 and greys, with CP low comp pistons, six long studs, Arrow rods, etc. and after living with this setup for quite some time I decided that the time has come for further improvement .

So, I have been searching for a decent tubular manifold and have discussed possible configurations with many makers, but after talking to Frode of Frofix Racing I knew he was the man! Really helpful lad and the whole time he had been sending me photos of manifolds that he had made and installed. He also wanted to know the bhp figures I am aiming for and if I wanna use an external wastegate, and if so, it's position (in case I was using of a mirror tank). The thickness of the material used is also something defined by the buyer, as is the turbo flange (T3, T4 etc.).

Frode also runs an e-bay shop, but I would recommend talking straight to him via e-mail. His e-mail is frooever@online.no . The manifold I ordered took about 3 weeks to be made and another 1 week to arrive.

Here are some pics of the manifold. As I own a car workshop and I have seen tons of tubular manifolds, I can tell you you that the workmanship on this one is really .

I will post again with pics of the installation (I have it sitting in my basement for over 4 months now) and hopefully with a dyno run with the new manifold on.

Best regards Sotiris Greece
