i wouldnt bother with the ib5 box and 1.8 zetec IMO, mtx 75 and at least 2 litres. As said get a FRS engine, box and turbo, driveshafts, the whole lot and run it on aftermarket management.
dont really want be spending that sort of money doing this really as wud prefer av a car that cud handle this power and was realiable with it. My m8 had a 240bhp leon cupra that was fun drive but was always breaking!
so really was just looking at cheaper option to see if it was worthwhile doing and just happy with a basic turbo as not looking for big power, just looking for something a bit more fun to drive
