If i was trading a bike in through a dealer i certainly wouldn't have bothered getting it serviced for a start lol, unless that was part fo the deal of course.
It sounds like you're not selling it on to a new owner direct so to speak so wouldn't worry tbh, let the dealer deal with any problems that crop up, it was fine when you gave it to them !
