Loads of spacers you can get, easy to make as well if you can't get the width you want.
Put studs in the hub and progressively add washers between the wheel and hub face until you get the "stickyoutness" you want then measure the thickness buy spacers that width.
Any deviation away from the perfect 0 ET will have an effect just have to live with it bearing life wise.
