This is mine dropped about 55mm on the front and 40mm at the back on Eibach coilovers...et42 wheels, 215/40/17 tyres and no rubbing unless you hit a bit dip or bump in the road when going quite fast.



Lowering more than about 40mm on the standard shocks is not a good idea, it will knacker the shocks and will potentially bottom out.

50mm is fine as long as you use the right springs, shocks, wheels and tyre size. You'll get very little rubbing if it's done right.
