Not something i actually witnessed the driver doing but i was working at the nokia HQ in farnborough a couple of years ago when a dude in a golf pulled in through the gates into a parking space with some smouldering remains of a tyre and a rim on the passenger front side..

Turns out it blew out on him coming down the motorway and he didn't want to stop to put a spare on incase he was late for his meeting!

Still beggars belief today...
