Hmm, been having the same issue on my end too, but it's not for 400 pictures, it's just a few very large pictures (about 5-8mb) in size which are panoramics and photomerges of places I have been too. Anyone got any suggestions?
Again, the host I use is perfect. I am allowed up to 24mb.
