chinese bloke the other day in a mini...

He turns right in front of me across my path, then proceeds to drive at 10mph whilst on his phone on the wrong side of the road!!!

Totally unaware that we drive on the left, I try and keep back hoping he would realise what he is doing but nope.

Eventually a guy comes the other way and slams on, clearny not impressed, chinse bloke turns right into a side street, still on his phone, paying no attention to the head on he just nearly had??

Then drives off up the road still on the wrong side of the road.
