Ok its probably a 40 quid AMPseal connector, so you can argue that it doesnt singlehandedly justify the difference, but unless your time has NO value, then adding one to a normal MS2 doesnt just cost 40 quid.
The case is better too.
Microsquirt looks ok though in these respects, maybe the OP could consider that?
I'll shortly be selling my MS2 from the corsa to go over to a MtechV4 on that as well I suspect like im on with my clio.
There is a huge amount of input from the thousands of MS users on the MS forum. The connector and the case don't seem to show through as a problem on there. So if they are not a problem then why pay £220 to upgrade them?
The truth is Mtech are making money out of something that lots of people put their free time into making great as an open source project and not giving them any credit.
