I have thought about building a website for myself, also considered blog-type sites. It would be nice to write about stuff we're up to. Did you build that site yourself? In any case, I'd need a hosting account, which may be overkill for what I need?

I've since joined Flickr, but not done anything with it yet. I gather there are various add-ons etc that allow you to display photos in a 'flash' gallery, which may be what I am after.
