I think thats way to much Muz, a block weighs 31kg and it's no where near as heavy as a block, I always put 25kg.... might be a litle more might be a little less of course.
I've got my receipt here. Says 42KG inc. Pallet. Weighed on my digital scales. I wouldn't think my gearset weighs more than standard? Lifting a gearbox or 2 20KG plates at the gym, I'd say it's about right.
