Last one I sent on a very small 1/4 pallet was 42KG IM guessing around 35- 38KG without a pallet.
I think thats way to much Muz, a block weighs 31kg and it's no where near as heavy as a block, I always put 25kg.... might be a litle more might be a little less of course.
