Exactly what i had done mate. They were growing out in stead of up, so had to have the teeth cut into 4 in my gum, then pulled out and have my gum stitched. Your cheeks will swell up like a hamster and you wont be able to eat much. I lost a lot of weight by eating porridge and angel delight for 2 weeks. So there is a plus side to it.

Edited to add: I dont take drugs but the drugs that they use to put you to sleep are fantastic. Proper high for about 3 seconds and then your gone. Everything slows down and goes blurry and then you wake up.
