Im going to buy a bike to get a bit fitter but i have not been on one for about 10 years. Im going to be doing a bit of dirt and road riding. Since i last had a bike brakes have changed a bit from the old caliper type. I dont know which to go for either Disc brake setup or v-brakes?

Any body had and experience with these or can compare the 2?
