Never used wiseco so can't comment, with the arp measure the depth of each bolt hole, and run a tap down them with grease on, and also scrape out the bottom of the holes to get out congealed oil.
On a few occasions the hole depth can be a tad shallow so check the length of the thread part of the stud, and that when fitted it is not bottoming out in the hole, ther eis a shoulder on each stud, this must contact the head, there is a very small recess around each hole for the shoulder to sit on/in.
Put them in had tight, then just a LIGHT nip with grips to ensure they are fully seated, nothing heavy, threads pull out due to stud bottoming not due to tightness, I do mine up in 30lbft increments up to 120lbft, leave at least 4 hours, preferably overnight if you can and retorque the next day.
I use some 10W40 oil just smeared into the threads, not swimming in it!!
