one of my mates has got one, i love it! great drive, stunning looks ect. just please be very very carefull when buying one

or you may ger burned like my mate did!
story goes like this......
looked at lots of rx7's then found this black one at what was ment to be one of the top rx7 dealers in the country, now we new that the rotortips are ment to wear out at around 60-70k and this car had done 60k

trouble was the rest of the car was perfect and it was a really nice example, he asked them to do a compression test on the engine and they came back saying all was well and compression was good
he brought the car and took out extra full warenty for 2 years that coverd him for full engine damage ect ect, he figured if it went tits up then he was coverd
anyway, 4 months and about 1500 miles after he brought the car it started playing up, took it back to them and they told him compression was very low in one chamber and non existant in the other

(dont recon they even bloody cheacked it before)
said they would get it all sorted and claim on the warrenty, pulled the engine apart and one of the rotors had a bloody great big crack though it
warrenty should do there job you say!
NOPE! they came and had a look and got back to us saying that the cracked rotor was caused by wear and tear and they didnt cover that!
anyway to cut a very very long story short, the company had the car for 6 months

warrenty company were being pricks

and he had to pay £2200 of his own money to get the car fixed
now the company were fucking useless after the engine failier

even when the parts finally turned up they sat in the workshop for weeks before thay even started the bloody rebuild. they stood on a headlight cover which they had left on the floor

and snaped that in half

fucking nobs
and when we finally got the car back after the 6 months we went round the engine to cheack everything and half the nuts and bolts where either loose or compleatly missing
some companys really should be burned to the ground!
anyway, rant over

just make sure you double cheack the condition of the rotor tips
