As above I've been having some really intense dreams the last few weeks and have felt completely in control of what I'm doing and what I want to do in them, I never used to be able to do that.
I also find that the kind of dream I have is linked to what I've been doing that day/evening. For instance if I've had a really successful day at work or acheived things and then had a really good training session that night feeling really relaxed after, my dream will be positive and pleasant. I tend to get un-settling dreams when I've had a lot of things on my mind and will often lead to me waking up several times in the night.
