Posts like this do not help the situation, Dave. Woman are shifty fuckers and she'll be loving the fact that you are so cut up over her, while she has moved on. Even if you do feel like shit, and we've all been there, don't let her know how you feel.

You're also letting her know that she has something to fall back on. You'll be nothing but a mug now, someone she can continuosly take the fucking piss out of. While you're moping around over her, she's out getting shagged by whatever his name was, moving on.

You have to do the same, even though it kills you inside, you can't be having someone take the piss out of you, which is exactly what she will do because woman can be right heartless bitches when they want. You move on and there's a good chance she'll come crawling back, to which you tell her to go and fuck herself. Plenty more fish in the sea, as they say.
