Right then, here's my problem, apart from being crap with Photoshop...
I have a batch of photos i want to treat in exactly the same way, the method is as follows (im following a guide in the link below)
http://www.graphics.com/modules.php?...icle&artid=178
1. Duplicate the current layer (Ctrl+J).
2. Apply an Average filter (Filter > Blur > Average).
3. Invert the layer (Ctrl+I).
4. Change the layers' blending mode to Overlay.
5. Add a Photo Filter adjustment layer (Layer > New Adjustment Layer Photo Filter) and apply the following properties:
Filter: Warming Filter (85)
Density: 25-75%
Preserve Luminosity: Checkmarked
6. Use the Shadow/Highlight Tool (Image > Adjustments > Shadow/Highlight) to increase the Highlights.
I'd love to know how I could save the above actions as a layer, so all i have to do is open a new photo with Photoshop and simply apply the pre-made layer/filter (whatever it's called), instead of having to go through each stage individually everytime.
Anybody able to help me?
