Really sorry to hear about this Jay. I've seen the cars you've had up for sale and they've always looked like little crackers. It's so obvious how much of an enthusiast you are.

Like others have said I'm pretty sure what you've experienced is a panic attack. I've had them myself. Horrible and very scary but not physically harmful, basically stress related, and no wonder with the amount of pressure you must be under.

I've always wanted to be in the car game but I think it's obvious what a difficult game it is now to make any money. I'd love to stop doing what I do and get into cars full time but sadly I don't think it'll ever happen.
