Hi doug, got those fuel pressure readings,600kpa at startup rising to 27000kpa when its running on two cylinders! which is about 375bar i think. the customer now tells me that every now and then it does struggle to start, hence why they'd tried changing the glow plugs!
There is fuel to all injectors and electrical signals to them all as well. i can only guess its knackered injectors or an ECU issue. checked all the fuses as well.
