Can anyone tell me if I can use gearbox from others cars? I.e. can I use Saginaw, Munchie, BMW, Mercedes etc?
I find the T5 to suitable for my use.

Is there any problems mounting these gearboxes to the YB engine?

I am willing to make some changes, that's not the problem, I just want a strong and "fast-shifting" gearbox for reasonable money. I can possible get a Munchie gearbox with Hurst shifter for reasonable money.
I would like to use the Bell housing from the T5.
