As said hair dryer to re-activate the glue and it'll make them go really soft and you'll be able to peel them off no bother,

Then use some thing paint freindly for the glue removal.

The best thing I've used and is way cheaper than car products it's Windowlean NOT the viniagrclear type spray.

It's the pink cream in a bottle about 89p, works a treat,
