they both sound like they need a set up realy ... my s1 was the same as on my gotech you map it to what you what but it has a over ride fuel mixture nob on ecu to richen it up if its ever needed and i had to play around with it coz it was over fueling so i turned it down and it started running mint and doesnt smoke at all (mine was smoking the same mate).
