Default Cossie 4x4 brake questions!!!!

Ok,I'm getting somewhere with my 4x4 now but the car hasn't moved properly for touching 3 years now and the brakes are shot.

The drivers rear caliper had seized solid so I've removed that to drive the car,my question is is there a rebuild kit available or is it best to replace?I'm looking about £80 per caliper on the bay.

Front disc wise, whats a decent budget upgrade?I've found drilled and grooved discs on eBay all round for £130 which seems cheap to me,but are they any good?also, pads wise I'm not sure either,it won't be going on the track but I'd like to give it a good tuning now and again so maybe fast road?

I used to make the frs brakes where I used to work but I wasn't into fords much then() so never grabbed a set but from memory they were 300mm big bastard things grooved from the factory, will these go on or is the price likely to be exorbitant?

I've had a little look in the for sale section on here but it's only really competition/expensive stuff for sale.

I've always fancied the aeroquip style brake hoses but again, not sure on price or how much advantage I get from them.

Thanks in advance.
