I'm pretty sure the 90.775 is 1st oversize, the clips marks on the pistons are fairly normal, even with std cams etc they do have witness or kiss marks when revved high mine did.
Whilst it is in that state of apart ness it might pay to just take to a decent machine shop to get bores measured, the bore finish doesn't look very good at all can't see the cross hatch hone marks, these help to hold oil whilst running in to bed the rings in well.
