Tbh you will never use anti lag unless you have a track slag... and even then not overly. Launch control is cool because it sound fucking cool but again i can't imagine people using it very often, my car will have it fitted just because my megasquirt supports it and i fancy a play, not sure if it will be any help in a fwd car tho,
The only really useful bit to have is the flat shift.
