its a ford carlo! of course its going to be rusty! looks ok in the pics, if it needs a bit of work, just make sure you budget for it milage would never be an issue for me on a 21 year old classic car. Buy on condition not milage, as you say the engine has been re built anyway, take someone with you that knows what they are up against with escorts. thats my advise
