I say force the little shits to stay in school regardless. some education is better than none. Most kids dont want to go to school hence why we have parents etc who make you go as they know best. Same parenting died along with contraception in the mid 90s once everyone got over the AIDs scare.
It's not that recent Warren, they had it 9 years ago when I was 15 as I was on the scheme. You have to do 3 GCSE's, your Math's English and Science and that's all. Although you do get to go on days out and stuff, even though you may not be learning in school you still have to go to college two days a week. Might I add, which will wind you up I'm sure, the scheme gave you driving lessons in the school playground when all the other kids had gone home free of charge.
