Not an elegant way but if it works... Might wear out the actuator rather quickly...

Most professional way would be to get an uprated actuator with stronger spring.

Also it largely depends on what boost you want to run. If you only want 10 PSI it might be doable with a standard actuator, 14 - 15 PSI is definitely uprated actuator and/or bleed valve time.
