I am testing a manual boost controller, Hallman PRO.
I am having trouble reaching my max boost 32 psi,

A guy from Hallman wrote:
The normal Pro will handle 40psi as well. This all comes down to the wastegate spring pressure. If the initial spring is too weak, the boost controller will not matter

So, do I need to readjust the actuator arm? I have new uprated t34 actuator and I did adjust the actuator arm be "half a hole" as recommended.
I can get 32 psi on the Amal, but we are testing this controller.
