Just phoned the line and put me through to Auto Windscreens (Or Auto Glass) cant remember which and got it all sorted.

Woman was very helpful on the phone, tried me 4 different locations until somewhere could be arranged to do the job, paid a £70 excess over the phone and all sorted.
