Squat and Deadlift are the two most important exercises in the gym imo.
I generally formulate my workouts around the 3 main compound movements, bench, dead and squat. On back day for ex. i'll deadlift first, then do assistance work, rows, pullups/downs etc.... Leg day i'll squat, then assistance work, so hammy curls, calves, raises etc...
Just take form into account, then go heavy or go home.
