Been thinking about the plans for my Zetec Turbo'd engine. Doing it on a shoe-string budget of £500 inc the cost of buying an engine from my local scrappies.

I've never done anything quite as complicated as this but there's plenty info online and I'm sure lots of you will be willing to help.

What I also intend to do is start a thread with step by step pics and a guide on how I do it for anyone like me who is looking to do the conversion on a limited budget.

So far I've bought a decent looking Mondeo Zetec 2.0 for £150

Looking for:

Decompression Plate/Calibra Turbo pistons and rods
Manifold Adaptors/Instructions on how to make one
Escort 1800 waterpump, flywheel and sump
Turbo
MTX75 Gearbox
ARP Head Bolts

There's probably more bits and bobs I'll discover along the way but thats the basics anyway.

I'll also have to take into consideration the cost of a new head gasket kit, oil, antifreeze etc so its Ebay for me for the next few weeks.

If anyone has any parts/labour they want to donate or sell I'm interested.
