take the ISCV off, its two bolts, its at the back, right hand side of the upper inlet manifold, clean it out with brake fluid, that will sort your tickover problem out. i did mine last week, be carefull with the pipe that goes to the EGR valve though, its rite next to the ISCV, and there very brittle, its a green plastic pipe.
