my old man is a data fitter
fits cat5e cat 6 also and he has his own brand of cabnits and cable managments
ive helpd him a few times now in london offices just a quck hint dont mix the cables up and no. them 1by1 more than twice its hard work but easy at the same time goodluck you wont be dissapointed

you will need a few punchdown tools ie crome make the best but dont by cheap ones as the switch panels always pull back out
