Earlier on in the year bought a 2nd hand turbo off a mk1 focus rs. Finally had my zetec turbo'd orion running last week. The turbo is perfect when cold. As soon as it starts warming up it smokes and has a load of play in. . . What are my options on rebuilding it. Aint really got space for bigger in the orion bay, but could be tempted on a hybrid?
