I have a Gilmour II and think its ok. I have good tap pressure and it does foam reasonably well but after a few seconds the foam has disappeared therefore there is no dwell. I too looked at connecting to the PW but cant find a hozelock to PW fitment.

In my opinion, save your £50 and go for a Snowfoam bottle for the PW. Gilmour is ok if you dont have a PW but if you have a PW then save yourself the time.
