Well finally eBay resolved in my favour!

Only just check this as am on holiday, but I am very pleased with the outcome as i thought they would side with that theiving shit! And special thanks to JJ as his wording summed it all up perfectly! If you're every passing through Sevenoaks let me know cos I owe you a beer
