i have heard stories from colleagues who have done similar jobs with silicon chip implant machines. they have said that they will have you working all hours whilst you are there to get it done on their terms, not yours. and some of the places in asia they will take your passport when you enter the company and not give you it back until the job is done. that is not a nice feeling.

personally i have travelled the world with work, but only a maximum of 3 weeks at a time in japan, africa etc and loved it most of the time. but often there are things that you would far rather be doing at home.
