So long as the pads of the followers don't have any wear ridges/grooves should be ok, not normally a done thing, but if you look the tappet is offset slightly so the idea is they turn in the head a fraction after each contact so they wear over the whole of the surface to keep wear even.
As a last resort you could use shim ones, but sure those you have would be ok, so long as they and cam have no wear, 2K should be perfect.
