right, all up an running, ticked over for ages, water level stayed put, fan kicked in normal time for couple of minutes, then turned off, temp gauge never got to half, was sitting roughly just over a quarter, took it round block few times gently, no probs as of yet, heaters blowing hot air again too

so a BIG thanks to everyone for helping an giving advice etc, ,muchly appreciated

but one more thing, can anyone understand this...........



theres 2 holes??? one where the standard tensioner bolt threads into, and the hole just to the left of that looks hand made, and the bolt i removed from the broken tensioner had a nut each end an was a different size to the standard one i removed at the breakers!! any ideas as to the point of this?? me no understand lol!!
