The Escos has a two stage switch so not sure how this works I would imagine there is a high speed and a 'Low' speed relay.

I would check the relay and if good the switch must be suspect to test bridge the connections and see if the fans run.

i think the 2 stage switch turns one fan on at one temp, then kicks the other fan at a higher temp, there are probably 2 positive wires going to the rad switch (im thinking) and then to a relay...., some one told me the rad relay is the big green one behind the battery? i shall have a look tomorrow anyway
