Bit of a long route, but if you have a computer with a cd drive, an ethernet switch (often found in the back of wireless routers, just lots of ethernet ports), an ethernet port on your netbook and 2 ethernet leads, it should work

Set up the computer to share it's cd drive, by right clicking on it, sharing, then there's an option for who has access, set it to everyone. Connect both of your computers to the switch with ethernet cables. Then you need to navigate with your netbook, using explorer, to the drive. This is where I'm a bit unsure on how exactly to do it, as I'm running mac at home, I use XP at work. I've done it a couple of times as my old work laptop didn't have a DVD drive to install some software.
